Sat 21 & 28 April / 11am – 1pm (same workshop delivered twice)
Stories from our own lives, even those that seem very ordinary or unimportant, are a valuable historical and cultural resource and offer much insight into heritage of a place and the communities who live there. During this visual storytelling workshop we will explore how illustration techniques can be used to creatively document and share memories to ensure these experiences are recorded for generations to come!
All materials will be provided, no previous artistic training or experience is necessary.
All welcome, adults only (16+)
Free, to book please email K1652337@kingston.ac.uk
This workshop accompanies the exhibition Don’t Believe The Papers…Illustrative Interpretations of a Croydon Suffragette hosted by Croydon Art Store / LOFT, open 20-29 April 2018.
