In this free artists’ workshop, learn about what it means to make work in public space today with Lucy Joyce.
We will consider questions around ownership of space, accessibility, working with commissioning bodies and making art for strangers. This will be a chance for you to discuss with the artist how you might go about making work in public space, so do bring your ideas.
Groundwerk is a monthly series of free practical workshops for artists and creatives wishing to gain the skills to support their practice.
This workshop is free to attend and open to all but booking is recommended as spaces are limited.
